This passion led to the cultivation of a unique offering: fresh, large rose hips from heirloom Rosa rugosa cultivars, organically grown and hand-harvested in small batches. These high-quality, natural rose hips are rich in character and botanical value — ideal for chefs, artisan gin distillers, floral designers, and natural skincare formulators seeking a locally sourced, seasonal ingredient.

Their versatility includes use in high-potency vitamin C face masks, visually impactful floral décor, and elevated culinary applications — from fine dining dishes to boutique preserves — where provenance, seasonality, and sensory experience are essential. Each fruit is packed with rose hip seeds, prized for their potential in cold-pressed rosehip seed oil — a highly sought-after ingredient in natural skincare for its regenerative, vitamin-rich properties.

Available from December through March, each rose hip is hand-selected to preserve its vibrant colour, shape, and natural integrity.
